What We Do

We know what dogs and their humans want: more quality time together. Young or old, healthy or healing, your dog loves to be with you wherever you are. That's why we specialize in highly functional, easy-to-use products for travel, active life, therapeutic and senior care. Solvit offers unparalleled mobility and support to make sure no dog is left behind.

What Makes Us Different

Product Focus

You don't need another run-of-the-mill pet product. You need pet products that truly address the unique challenges of dog ownership. At Solvit, that's the only kind of product we make. Our highly selective development process means each and every item we offer has a specific purpose in mind. That way, you and your dog get more than just pet products. You get more quality time together.

Assurance of Quality

You and your dog deserve to spend a lifetime together and you both need products that last. At Solvit, we dedicate the time and resources necessary to create high quality products you can depend on. With a lifetime warranty on most of our products, we're with you for the long haul, so your dog can be, too.

Attention To Detail

Solvit products simply do more than other products. From conception to design to construction, we're dedicated to the details that make our products highly functional, durable, and easy to use. We pay attention to the little things, so you and your dog can enjoy the big things.

In case you couldn't tell I love puppies!!  If you follow me on Instagram, my baby, Kevin is on there all the time!!  Being a baby still, Kevin is crate trained.  He is also spoiled rotten!!  We have one crate that we picked up when we first got him, but he is getting too big for it.

I was very happy when Solvit asked me to review one of their products.  The first thing I checked out was their doggie residences.  Oh you can not call these crates.  They are like a 5 star resort for puppies!!!

I picked out Mr. Herzher's Original Wicker Dog Residence.  The doggie residence was pretty easy to assemble.

Kevin kept watching Ben Sr the whole time wondering what it was.  Once it was built, he went right on in!!

Ignore the scary glowing eyes.  For some strange reason, all of my cameras capture dogs with glowing eyes.  Maybe they are possessed!!!

This residence is made with a sturdy plastic bottom, metal sides, and wicker outside adornments.  What I like the most about the residence is that the wicker is on the outside.  Sometimes puppies chew on things (um Kevin,) and in particular when they are in their crate and they don't want to be.  Kevin can not damage the wicker from the inside, and he leaves it alone on the outside.

The residence is a large size and accommodates Kevin (who is roughly 15 lbs, perfectly.  He has plenty of room to move around in it.  The dimensions are 36"L x 24"W x 27"H.  Solvit also offers residences in small, medium and extra large.

Another feature I like it that the door swings both ways.  If Kevin wants to go in there and take a nap, then he can just push the door in, and it opens easily for him.  It also has two bolts on it to make sure your furry family member is secure when you are not home.

Both Kevin and I really like this residence.  I am very happy, and will be ordering more products soon.

Solvit carries everything from travel essentials like booster seats, to sturdy dog stairs and ramps for older friends who need the extra help.  There is something for every type of furry family member!!

Do you have a perfect puppy that could use a new home??  Would you like to win one??

One lucky reader is going to win one of Mr. Herzher's Original Wicker Dog Residence in the size they need!!  How cool is that!!

Enter using the rafflecopter below and good luck!!

I don't really have a "must have" gift in mind for myself. Maybe some chill time with Hubz if he gets a few days off.

I have three doggies and a cat. the doggies names are Sally Ann, No Name and Midnight. Sally Ann is No Name's mother and when we had pups we were going to keep the boy, Buster. I gave them all names except No Name and 1 day I looked at her and said I guess you will be No Name and that's the way she got her name and we keep her.

I have a 6 yr old miniature chocolate poodle named Zuzu. I got her when she was 6 weeks old and only 6 months before my mom passed away from a brave battle with cancer. Zuzu was her constant friend and companion during those months while I was at my mom's house caring for her. I think she brought my mom a lot of joy and perhaps took her mind off her pain just a little.

For me? I'd just like to feel well enough to go see my son on Christmas.
